well I love all your work for different reasons – and the abstract feel of these shots (esp. the first) shows a bit more of your style… I thinks o at least 🙂
The title’s taken from a song by King Crimson, but the two words struck me as possibly part of an interior monologue and the second shot suggested someone not entirely present in the present.
I can understand that, sounds great. My daughter has to make a ‘cell’ in any medium. It has to be done for tomorrow. Not sure what I will find when I get back.
Hello, Dave! Well, sort-of – I like a lot of what he did with KC, but some still makes me cringe. Have you heard any of the new line-up? They have three drummers.
A great pair of images, Richard. And an interesting juxtaposition with the titles. The Howler fits what is a great image really well. Two Hands is a great shot, but the title does get me thinking, lol… I’m guessing it’s somebody’s album track?
Thanks so much, Cheryl. Really glad you like them. Think I’ve found a new way of working with some of these – it takes a lot longer to arrive at an image, but they’re more interesting to me.
Fascinating… 😀
Thanks very much, Drake!
Brilliantly V&A!
Thanks very much, Stephen! I’ve yet to see the show. Love the title (pinched it from Art Review).
Cracking shots
Thanks very much!
both shots offer so much – I kept going back and forth between them – and still processing – 🙂
Really glad you like them, Yvette. That’s really good to hear.

and just curious – can you explain more about the title “two hands”

Ah, you’re back!
And with great pictures!
Thanks so much, Rabirius!
Great shots Richard, I especially like the top one.
Thanks very much, Alison!
Beautiful morning, will you manage to get out with your camera today?
It is isn’t it? No, i doubt i’ll get out today – big balsa wood model project with “Cockroach” beckons (and he doesn’t want to go out today).

Sadly, he vetoed it at the last minute. Good luck!
She didn’t make the mess I thought she would!
A fantastic premise/title! Love them.
Thanks very much, Elena! Really glad you like them.
So has Adrian Belew finally been accepted into the RG canon?
Hello, Dave! Well, sort-of – I like a lot of what he did with KC, but some still makes me cringe. Have you heard any of the new line-up? They have three drummers.
🙂 love it
Thanks so much, Carla 🙂
Welcome back in action! I really like that first shot.
Thanks, Cardinal! Glad to hear it.
A wonderful contrast of shape and form between the to excellent images Richard.
Thanks very much, Patti.
I really like how the shadow in the first looks as if the person must have horns . . . or big bunny ears. 🙂
🙂 Yes, that’s what struck me straightaway about that image – I like it that horns and bunny ears are interchangeable.
Me too. 🙂

Thanks very much, Richard. Yes, it’s a King Crimson song. It has no bearing on the image – I just liked the two words.
Liking the words is enough! 🙂
Love the first shot
Thanks very much, Leon – glad you like it.
Golly, another one from the lense of your Kafka camera! So still, Ricky! Wonderful! 🙂
🙂 Kafka camera! Thanks very much, Gigi!
Great shots. I like how the walker in the first shot seem to leave a wake. And the second shot has some great spy drama vibes to it.
Thanks very much, Stevie. The second shot was taken in the City – there’s a strange atmosphere there on a weekday afternoon.
Top image brings to mind so many great photographs from the first half of the twentieth century. Love the toning. Wonderful Richard.
Thanks so much, John. That’s a lovely compliment.
Gorgeous first image, I love the positioning and composition, as well as the tone. I like the crispness of the second image, great work, Richard.
Thanks so much, Cheryl. Really glad you like them. Think I’ve found a new way of working with some of these – it takes a lot longer to arrive at an image, but they’re more interesting to me.
That first image is so good! Gorgeously toned and moody.
Have you had a look at it upside down? I believe those legs belong to a horse-man.
Exquisite.
Thanks so much, Karen! Now standing on my head…
