– Street Portrait (for and of Max), 2015 –
Max was taking a break on Earlham Street when I bounded up. I really liked his sense of style – and he was great about me taking a few shots. These are the second and third; I couldn’t decide between them so here they both are. Thanks very much, Max! Hope you like your pictures.

Ashley Lily Scarlett and I have started a new blog together. It’s a conversation in pictures and it’s called Between Scarlett and Guest.

What a lovely name. 🙂 Nice portraits too of course.
🙂 Thanks, Max!
Perfect name. “Nobody doesn’t like a Max”.
The Cardinal would agree, I’m sure.
(:
He looks like he was enjoying the camera
I just read an article that people with headphones are a new important target group in advertising 🙂
Excellent photos!
Ha, ha, they will target anyone – narrowcasting. What are they going to sell them, I wonder.
Thanks very much, Rabirius!
Both portraits work really well, Richard. I can see how you couldn’t decide between them; the second just about has the edge for me, though. 🙂
Thanks very much, Richard. 🙂
He looks vintage south of France to me with a modern twist. I like both shots but the second shot gave me more info about him.
Ah, yes – it’s a great look. I wish i could pull something like this off, but alas my body shape now says “no horizontal stripes”.
Both great. Like the last one best. Love the reflected stripes!
Thanks very much, Ellen!
I love the sharpness of this
Thanks, James. Hope you’re having a good week.
I like the 2nd one best. I think seeing more of the environment, and Max in it, is cool.
Thanks very much, Ashley. Yes, Max was great.
They both work so well together, Max in motion almost!
Thanks very much, Patti!
Love the second shot. It exudes personality.
Thanks very much, Elena – yes, that’s definitely the better shot.
