– Street Portrait (for and of Jenna), 2016 –
It’s been a while since I last took a street portrait. The project, which has been going since 2012, seemed to have ground to a halt…and then I spotted Jenna. And she was great about me taking a few shots. This is the first of four shots and is my favourite. Thanks very much Jenna!

If you are interested in seeing more of my work, I have a new website: https://richardguest.art/ , which includes a print of the month (this month it’s the turn of Into The Light from 2014, which was taken on Hungerford Bridge, London, UK).
Works in progress, street portraits and sneak peeks of finished paintings are all featured on my Instagram feed. I update the feed three times a week, and you can find it here.

Thanks so much, Lemony! Yes, indeed. Sorry, been very tardy with social media lately.
Just opening the Street Photography – Portraits page on the new website is a powerful experience. Wonderful work!

Yes, I get fed up with it – think it’s a bit of a flakey system.
