Winter I (above) is another of the new digital constructs I’ve been working on. I’m having fun with their evolution – more posts soon – and at the same time have started working on paintings that have the shape of landscape as their starting point (T-1 pictured below on our knackered dining table).

Again, more to come…
The Paul mentioned in the title below is Paul Letchworth, a painter I was on Foundation with way back in the mists of time – his work’s lovely and you can see it on his website here. Hello Paul!

Wow, these are awesome, Richard! Winter I has a fantastic turbulence to it. I LOVE the layers of the landscape study. I took a tour of Paul’s website following the link. VERY cool work. I especially like the Spaces collection.
Thanks so much Lemony! I’m really glad you like them. I started doing them when I didn’t have the energy to paint and now I’m doing loads of them. Yes, Paul’s great isn’t he?
Cool. I’m liking these photo collage painterly abstractions.
Thanks very much Eric! Much appreciated.
