Alice and Caner were in a large group of people on Great Queen Street, and fully engrossed in a conversation. Sensing a brief lull, I lunged in and asked them for a few shots. They were lovely about it. This is the first shot I took and is my favourite. Thanks very much, Alice and Caner! Hope you like your picture.

It’s been over two years since I last posted a double portrait – I have no idea why – must take some more…anyway, the one before this was this one: https://thefutureispapiermache.wordpress.com/2014/03/20/double-street-portrait-19/.

Ashley Lily Scarlett and I are engaged in a conversation in pictures and it’s called Between Scarlett and Guest. Check it out.
A little while ago, David Cook and I had a conversation about Michael Craig-Martin. The first part can be read here.

Yes, indeed. Thanks very much, Ashley.
A great couple – I can see why your attention was drawn by them. There’s something very “New York” about this shot. It’s very Studio 54! 🙂
Yes, indeed. Yes, I can see that! Thanks very much, Richard!
You rock Mary Poppins.

Oh, I love them! Who wouldn’t want to photograph such a happy pair? This is a great picture and a beautiful portrait Richard!

Interesting make-up (or whatever it is).

Excellent.
Thank you, my friend.
What an interesting pair Richard! I am drawn to the theatre of Caner. Have been thinking of you over the last day or so, since the news about Prince. I remember a series of posts you made a couple of years ago. Best wishes, Philippa
Yes, indeed! Yes, it’s a real shame Prince died. He was a fantastic showman. Will give Parade (my favourite) a spin tonight. Thanks very much, Philippa – hope all’s well with you.
You’re shooting the starz!
Yez, indeed!
Fabulous photo.
Thanks so much, Malin.
Great shot. It captures a cultural diversity and acceptance that a city like London can express.
Thanks so much, Joseph.
Interesting that it seems the first shots are the most interesting. Terrific!
Yes, I think it’s to do with unguarded moments. Thanks very much, Elena!
